Built by a restaurant owner, for restaurant owners.
MenaStack was founded by Sohan Alva, a restaurant owner who spent years dealing with the limitations of existing POS solutions. The tools available were either too simple for real operational needs or too complex for day-to-day use — and none of them worked reliably offline.
So he built Otteresto — a POS and operations platform designed for how restaurants actually work. It handles the full quotation-to-order lifecycle, provides multi-branch analytics at a glance, and runs completely offline with sync queues for cloud reporting. Delivery management, local analytics, and real operational visibility — all built from the ground up.
The same principles that shaped Otteresto — reliability, clarity, and practical workflows — now guide everything MenaStack builds and delivers. We're not building software from theory. We're building it from experience.
